Job Description IT Project Manager Location: Pune, Bangalore Experience: - Minimum 12 years of progressive experience, transitioning from roles like Business Analyst or Developer to Project Manager. - At least 5 years of experience in IT organizations, with a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). - Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering greenfield applications using Microsoft Power Platform or Automation Projects. - Experience in insurance projects is advantageous. Mandatory Skills: - Techno-functional project management expertise, ensuring alignment of business needs with project deadlines. - Proficiency in Power Automate and RPA solutions, collaborating effectively with architects and development teams. - Experience in integration projects using APIs and connectors for both Microsoft native and bespoke applications. - Familiarity with various work estimation methodologies and budget management. - Proficiency in project management tools like. Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar, for managing backlogs and deliverables. - Strong risk management skills, including identification, mitigation, and resolution of project issues. - Collaboration with Solution Architects, Development teams, Infrastructure, and InfoSec to ensure environment setup and security compliance. - Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent. Skills to Succeed: - Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. - Understanding of financial impacts and alternative solutions. - Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks. - Certification such as PMP or Scrum Master is advantageous. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders from business and IT. - Domain knowledge in Insurance/Brokerage. - Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level
