Job Description
Techno-Functional with experience in Oracle Applications 11i/R12 Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Finance modules. Should be well versed in at least 2 areas.Preferable to have someone with "Production Support "role experience in the past, supporting Oracle Applications 11i/R12 having multiple integration points.
Expertise in designing and development of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) components.
Knowledgeable in Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) MD-50, MD-70 Documentation
Good understanding of Application Object Library (AOL), Multi org & TCA (Trading Community Architecture).
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues.
Expert in writing stored procedures, Packages, and functions using SQL & PL/SQL.
Experience in customization of form personalization, creating/customizing oracle Forms, and creating/customizing oracle workflows.
Experience in designing new reports and modifying existing reports using Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Discoverer.
Responsible for reviewing, assessing, and resolve incoming help desk tickets, including root cause analysis as needed. (Release 12.1.3 & 12.2.6)
Proficient in Oracle Manufacturing, Order Management, Shipping Execution, Purchasing, Inventory, Engineering, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Cost Management, etc.
Experience in finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Assets)Experienced in UNIX and shell scripting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
