1. Advanced Product Quality Planning
2. IMDS (International material Data system)
3. Corrective & preventive action (8D, CAPA, SCAP) for development parts
4.Inspection of Child Parts & Assy. for all Parts till SOP
5.PPAP submission from supplier to customer end
6.New assembly lines trials / Validation for new products.
7.Processing of the plastic components and trials at various locations
8.Developing checking fixtures and Gauges. Quality core tools
9.Making project timelines and execution of the same.
10.Hands on experience in 8D, QC, 7QC tools.
11.Supplier Quality performance tracking.
12.Team Management.
  

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Automobile, Mechanical, Plastics

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
