Job Description

To lead a team of 5 to 6 Medical Representatives to meet sales target of the company through effective implementation of given strategies. Should be able to build a team with leadership, communication skills, analytical &decision making capabilities and motivational skills. Desired Candidate Profile Graduates below 32 years with a pleasing personality and ability to communicate effectively in English and Local language. Pharma selling experience of 6 to 8 years of which at least two years as a first line manager. Territory knowledge is a must. Since we follow E-Reporting, familiarity with computer operations would be desirable Company Profile We are a fast growing pharmaceutical organization known for its ethical work culture and innovative products. We have a state of the art, WHO approved, manufacturing facility. Our operations stretch right across India from Rajasthan to Orissa. We also export to many countries across the Globe. Being a knowledge driven set up, a lot of importance is given to product knowledge, disease management and the art of communicating these effectively to the target audience. As a policy we believe in internal promotions but some times for want of an exact match in profile we have to look outside the organization for suitable candidates.
