Role: Presales Manager (Telecom/Networking Domain) Location: Bangalore, India (On-site) Experience Required: 7 to 9 Years We are on the lookout for a Presales Manager with a robust background in telecom and networking. This role is crucial for providing technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, showcasing the value proposition of our networking and telecommunications solutions to customers. Your Impact: Provide. advanced technical guidance and support to both customers and sales teams, focusing on our networking and telecommunications solutions. Collaborate closely with sales teams to deeply understand customer requirements and craft compelling sales strategies that directly address those needs. Create and maintain a rich repository of technical documentation, including white papers and case studies, to support the sales process. Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics to uncover opportunities for expansion and strategic improvement. Analyze sales metrics and pipeline data rigorously to refine and optimize sales strategies, aiming for enhanced performance and results. What Were Looking For: A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 7 to 9 years of experience in networking or telecom presales or sales engineering roles. In-depth knowledge of 5G Professional services and System Integration. Comprehensive understanding of networking and telecom technologies, including but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, voice and video conferencing, and call center systems. Familiarity with essential network protocols and standards, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, and SSL/TLS.
