Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences. Act as a liaison between clients and our design team to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects. Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities within the interior design market. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques. Present and promote our interior design services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and other communication channels. Stay informed about the latest design trends, materials, and. products to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with the design team to stay updated on project progress and be able to address client inquiries effectively. Prepare accurate and detailed project quotes based on client requirements. Create compelling and visually appealing proposals that showcase our design solutions and services. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and foster new connections. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details. Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Business, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within interior design or related industry. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex design concepts clearly and compellingly. Understanding of design principles and trends to effectively engage with clients. Creative problem-solving skills to address client needs. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Familiarity with design software and tools is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with the design team and other departments.
