Relevant work experience : nbsp; 3+ years The position requires an individual with the right mix of retail domain experience and skills, an ability to flex between dynamic situations, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an exuberant level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Should drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities He/She have the zeal to explore new domains, and especially to understand technology in great depth Should monitor progress while managing multiple parallel projects, anticipating bottlenecks and providing escalation management

Should be able to understand, plan, and manage the cross-team inter dependencies for complex systems. He/She will work closely with Delivery head/CTO
