Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality

Excellent knowledge of web services

Good to have Java technologies

Good understanding of unit testing methodologies

Excellent analytical skills

Exceptional communication skills

Sound knowledge of estimation techniques
