The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, developing HR policies and procedures, recruiting talented candidates, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations Experience in managing HRIS and other HR software Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently Experience in healthcare industry is a plus Professional. certification in human resources management is a plus
