Roles & Responsibilities of Technical Recruitment Specialist
Individual will be responsible from offering to closing (joining) a candidate. ( End to end Recruitment cycle).
This will include understanding the requirement, offering candidates and tag relevant candidate. Dropping acknowledgement email with job description to the candidates after speaking with them.
Scheduling interviews and follow up with them and closing with sending feedback to manager .
Daily and weekly Follow up , Maintaining Daily, weekly and monthly reports. Maintaining own database.
Open to travel at client location for the interview coordination.
Maintaining, offering tracker and interview tracker.
Maintaining Joining tracker and follow up with candidates every week through call and mail (with acknowledgement).
Mandatory skills; -
Good communication skill (writing and speaking English).
Understanding of outlook, MS Word, MS Excel , PPT
Good Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Smart communicator and quick learner
Individual should be Passionate about adapting new things
Education :- Any Graduate
Experience 0 to 7 Years
