Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Microservices architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements for application features. Utilize Java 8+, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies to build robust microservices. Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Jenkins to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery. Work with project management tools like JIRA to facilitate communication and track project progress. Design and optimize database structures, with proficiency in databases such as Postgres or other relevant technologies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to ensure code quality. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-10. years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer with a focus on Microservices architecture. Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and related technologies. Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD, JIRA for project management, and databases like Postgres or equivalent. Proven track record of successful leadership and mentorship in a software development environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Desired Skills and Experience: Familiarity with a variety of application domains and industries. Experience with other relevant databases and technologies based on specific project requirements. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
