Job Description

1. Operational Tasks

                        i.      Receive ARB Requests

1. Set up and track ARB Engagement Requests to completion
2. Set up and track ARB-Online Forms to completion
3. Assign Architecture Reviews to ARB Leads

                       ii.      Perform Management Reporting

1. Weekly, Monthly, Yearly

1. Using extracts from SharePoint and Jira
2. Format reports in Excel and PowerPoint as required
3. Statistics

                                               i.      # New Requests

                                               ii.      # ARB-#s issued

                                               iii.      + other Related metrics

                                               iv.      # ARB Sessions Cancelled (incl. reason)

                                                v.      aging

1. requests

2. Professional Skills

                                                             i.      Strong organizational abilities

                                                             ii.      Good written and verbal communication skills

                                                            iii.      High level familiarity with Application and Infrastructure technologies

                                                            iv.      Able to develop insights into relative significance of events

                                                             i.      MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint
