Job Description

Project Management activities for all contracts orders projects Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope Review of deliverables prepared by team before passing to client Effectively applies project management tools methodology and enforces project standards Single point of contact for all client customers. Lead project kick off meetings intermediate review meetings as and when required during the project execution Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately as per laid down procedures Gathering of project progress data as per defined KPIs, reporting of KPIs on a regular basis Reporting of other MIS data for management review Communication: Facilitates team and client meetings effectively Holds regular status meetings with. project team Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion Internal Operations: Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions Leads internal teams/task forces Assign project work to team , ensure even work loading among team Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures Essential Responsibilities Good knowledge of design softwares like AutoCAD and Pro/Engineer Good knowledge of MS-Office and Ms-Project Knowledge of ERP system is desirable Operations Leadership Project Initiation & Planning Risk Management Project Control & Delivert Business & Financial Acumen Continuous Improvement / Lean Orientation Position Requirements Bachelors Degree Mechanical engineering 12 to 15 years of working experience in Pump / Contract Engineering Pumps / Project Consulting firms / Project Engineering firms / EPC firms
