Overview: As a Senior React.js and Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet our clients" needs and exceed their expectations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, lead technical discussions with clients, and leverage your expertise to drive innovation and excellence in our projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement scalable solutions. Lead the architecture and design of complex web applications using React.js, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability. Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences across various devices and screen sizes. Implement robust and efficient APIs and backend services using modern technologies and programming languages. Mentor and guide junior. developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other software development challenges. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our development processes. Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in cloud environments. Participate in agile development methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and progress reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on React.js and full-stack development. Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies. Solid understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, and database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL). Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Mobx. Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize code for performance and scalability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Previous experience in mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online presence (e.g., personal website, GitHub profile) is a plus
