Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
2. HR Administration:
- Assist with maintaining HR records and documentation
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Performance-Based Salary:
After successfully completing the initial 3-month period, the HR Intern will be eligible for a performance-based salary. The specific details of the performance metrics and corresponding salary adjustments will be discussed and agreed upon during the internship period.
