Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a dynamic learning experience. As an HR Intern, you will gain exposure to various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates

2. HR Administration:
- Assist with maintaining HR records and documentation
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Performance-Based Salary:

After successfully completing the initial 3-month period, the HR Intern will be eligible for a performance-based salary. The specific details of the performance metrics and corresponding salary adjustments will be discussed and agreed upon during the internship period.
