Brief of Role: Digitalization & Product Incubation Manager
This role involves developing new retail loan products, process automation and technology anchoring of new consumer focused loan products

The candidate is responsible for the following activities:
Identify opportunities for new products in consumer lending space
Developing business models and supporting execution and launch of such products
Partnering with internal as well as external stakeholders for new product incubation
Digitalization of key processes for technology enablement and customer experience
Driving CFTs for automation

Key Result Area for the role
High strategic impact in terms of new business revenue as well as productivity enhancement

Typical Profile
Candidates experience in similar profile is preferable
6-10 years experience
