Recognized for empowering entrepreneurs, FashionTV is an iconic brand dedicated to supporting businesses About Job Role:- Position: Team Leader (TL) Experience: Minimum 4-5 Years in Team Handling Vertical : Lead Processing Unit Department (Presales) Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai Role Overview: As a Team Leader in the Lead Processing Unit at FashionTV, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). Your responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, ensuring targets are met, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. Key Responsibility Lead and manage a team of BDEs in the Lead Processing Unit. Supervise and coordinate daily activities to achieve team targets. Provide coaching, training, and. support to team members. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team. Monitor and report on team performance and individual KPIs. Requirement Minimum 4-5 years of experience in team handling. Ability to work on the ground as a caller if needed. Highly motivated with excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to build, train, and nurture a high-performing team. Demonstrated commitment, ownership, and a proactive approach.
