Roles & Responsibilities

• Candidate will also be given other safety related roles etc.
• Perform firefighting work, including preventing, combating and extinguishing fires to protect lives, property and the environment.
• Operate fire equipment and tools appropriately.
• Checking and maintaining vehicles, equipment, hydrants and water supplies.
• Provide emergency medical care within scope of practice.
• Undertaking physical and academic training Demonstrating the use of firefighting equipment to all employees Promoting fire safety via talks, advice and training sessions
