Job Description

:
- Handling inbound customer service inquiries related to Mutual Funds via phone and email
- Willingness to move internally based on process requirements
- Working in shifts between 8am to 8pm, with a 9-hour shift window

Requirements:
- Graduation degree
- Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary:
- Salary range from 14k to 22k, depending on the interview assessment

Immediate Joining Required

Please note that this position may involve working closely with HR, Operations, and Training teams.
