Job Description

Responsibilities Accounting Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions Taxation Oversee the preparation and filing of various tax returns, ensuring compliance with GST, income tax, and other relevant taxes. Stay updated on changes in Indian tax laws and regulations affecting NBFCs Team Management Mentor the accounts team for required guidance and support Qualifications Finance/ Commerce / equivalent degree with min 5 yrs of relevant experience. Should have managed a team of 2-5 people. Accounting knowledge with specific focus to NBFC operations
