We are looking for a full-time Online Sales Co-ordinator to continue and increase the growth of the company. This role will be focused primarily on lead generation, sales and support for all products provided by the organization. If you have marketing and sales experience combined with a positive attitude and drive that matches our culture, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Duties

• The ability to leverage business intelligence tools to develop, analyze and answer leads
• Strong interpersonal, people and leadership skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships
• Good technical skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office
• Proven track record of self-discipline and dependability
• Experience in Export industry a plus
• Manage and take care of leads via website, social media, referrals, etc.
• Create initial quotes and estimates for products and new opportunities that come in
• Provide all necessary follow up and move prospect through the pipeline
• Properly manage the lead and deal process

Qualifications and Skills expected

Experience in Online marketing/ sales/ Customer care - 1 year
Good communication skills - Written and verbal
Experience in B2B and B2C Sales
Customer & portfolio management skills
Ability to learn quickly
