Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D Engineer located in Daman, India. The R&D Engineer will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and testing new products and solutions. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are innovatively designed, meet the required quality standards, and are manufactured in a cost-effective manner while ensuring that timelines are met. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the field of. Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field Experience in designing, testing, prototyping, and implementing new products and/or solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think out of the box Excellent knowledge of software programs such as Autocad, Matlab, Python, and C++ Excellent understanding of Electrical Control Panels, Process Automation, and Industrial Robotics Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical team members Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects effectively Experience with manufacturing processes, including knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO Standards, is an added advantage
