Senior Data Scientist @ Recruise

Job Description

Minimum Position Qualifications:
Experience with computation languages such as R, Python (at least one of)
Experience with database technologies and products (Redshift, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Experience with handling large datasets (e.g. >TB+) on the Cloud (AWS)
Experience with Jira and GitHub
Experence in data visualization packages such as Plotly, Matplotlib or experienced with data visualization tools such as Spotfire, or Tableau
Experience with one or more notebook environments such as Jupyter or R Studio
Experience developing computational and machine learning algorithms.
Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Continuous Testing
Basic understanding of life science (biology, chemistry and medicine)
Technical leadership experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications:
Master s degree in data science or similar
Education or experience in life science, biology, chemistry are highly desired.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile software development, project management methodologies.
Familarity with QuickSight, SageMaker, Elastic Search
Familarity with Natural Language Processing/Text Mining.
User centric design thinking and solution delivery.
Understanding of scientific process and data (Targets or therapies).
