Develop and curate engaging content, blending storytelling, graphic design, and creating marketing materials for various marketing. channels. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles, executing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define target audiences, positioning, and messaging. Photography and Videography skills: Capturing the essence of the brand using photographs and videos that showcase the brand's products, services, and overall narrative. Edit videos for use on social media and other channels. Brand photoshoots - planning and end-to-end execution of the brand photoshoot Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels. Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and contribute to overall business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams. Performance Analytics: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights. Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand integrity in visual assets. Influencer and Partnership Collaborations: Identify and build relationships with influencers and potential brand partners. Community Building: Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community contributions. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies. Implement innovative strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience in fashion marketing roles, graphic design, and social media management is a must. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. Strong fashion styling language and design aesthetic. Proficiency in using marketing tools, graphic design software, and social media analytics platforms.
