Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Professor (HR & General Management) located in Chennai. You will be responsible for leading lectures and seminars and guiding students in their learning, as well as conducting research and publishing academic papers. You will also be responsible for participating in program development and administration. Qualifications A PhD or equivalent degree in HR, General Management or a related field Prior experience in teaching and research in HR and/or General Management . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Demonstrable ability to produce research and publications of high quality Strong commitment to student learning and success, innovation and excellence in education Preferred Qualifications: Experience in curriculum design and development, as well as program administration, at college and/or university levels Online and blended learning experience with a strong interest in integrating digital technologies and learning environments in teaching and research Amity University is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply
