We are hiring for voice process for Bhubaneshwar location.

Eligibility:

Any graduate / Undergraduate / Post graduate can apply
0-6 months of experience in customer service(voice)
freshers are also welcome
knowledge in eCommerce or any trouble shooting experience will be an added advantage
Must have Goodcommunication skills in English and Hindi.
Should be flexible working in 24/7 shifts.

Required Candidate profile

Dealing with customer queries over the calls.

Role: Associate

Shifts: 24/7 (Rotational)

6 days working

Interview rounds will be conducted telephonic.
