1. Handling sales team & their reports
2. Prepare targets for the team & assist support whenever required
3. Lead generation
4. Maintain relationship with clients in institutions, MT & GT 5. Meeting sales targets provided by Manager
6. Open new accounts for company
7. Analyse current market trends & prepare strategies likewise
8. Sit with manager & other team members to analyse monthly / quarterly / yearly sales achievement
9. Execute promotional activities
