Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

   • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
   • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest satisfaction scores, and take proactive measures to optimize performance.

2. Guest Services:

   • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and service-oriented atmosphere throughout the hotel.
   • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
