Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
Documentation & follow up with Head of Department.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed to promote the company's opportunities.
Provide a positive candidate experience by responding promptly to inquiries and keeping candidates informed about their application status.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end hiring process.
Onboarding experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
