Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Technical Service Engineer covering CCTV, fire, and telecom systems. The role is located in Bengaluru but some work from home is acceptable. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with technical services, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Qualifications Strong Technical Services, Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Analytical Skills Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Familiarity with CCTV. Fire, and Telecom systems is a plus Experience in a technical support and customer service role is preferred Team player with strong interpersonal skills
