Job Description

1. Drive-home connectivity and care operations in the assigned territory
2. Source and train technicians by tying up with target colleges
3. Conduct classroom and on-the-job trainings for technicians
4. Mentor and guide technicians to enhance productivity
5. Ensure zero defect execution of home connectivity activity
6. Drive-home connect installation and fault repair-related SLA
7. Ensure customer satisfaction
8. Ensure adherence to processes as per company-defined SLAs
