Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Call attending & Forwarding Inward- Outward of documents Welcoming & Attending guests Meeting room booking & Record keeping

2. Scheduling vehicle line Up Scheduling vehicle maintenance Following up For bookings, or other queries over email Tank cleaning, pest cleaning and gardening follow up Review the work performed at entry gate (Record maintenance, Temperature and oxygen checks records)

3. Idea, Airtel Jio - New & Existing connections Bill settlements & problem solving Keeping track of net-setters bill & giving reminder for it to accounts dept.

4. Rate negotiations & Plan updating in line of cost efficiency Employee Idea deduction if required Communication & relation maintenance with network providers Trouble-shooting

5. Hotel Train, Cab, Bus & Flight Office Car Track, Record & Booking Forwarding the booking details to relevant person and Accounts Dept. 

6. Maintaining the bills and records of payments done through credit cards Generating, Tallying and submitting the monthly credit card bill in accounts department

7. Office Stationary House Keeping Address Book Intercom List Notice Board Updating Birthday Celebration Library Management Invigilate the house clean staff's work Checking the personal hygiene, and clothes of staff Relevant report making/checking. Any other task requested by seniors
