Job Description of the (recruitment specialist)- What We Are Looking In You: Thrillophilia, a leading adventure travel company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, a passion for finding the best talent, and a commitment to promoting Thrillophilia's vibrant culture and values. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: - Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to source high-quality candidates for various roles within the company. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering. 2. Candidate Assessment: - Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates" suitability for positions. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their. specific needs and ensure candidates meet the required job competencies. 3. Employer Branding: - Promote Thrillophilia as an employer of choice through various channels such as social media, job fairs, and networking events. - Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to reflect Thrillophilia's values and culture. 4. Onboarding: - Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires to ensure a positive start at Thrillophilia. - Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to ensure all necessary preparations are made for new employees. 5. Recruitment Analytics: - Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze and improve the recruitment process. - Prepare reports on recruitment activities for senior management. 6. Collaboration and Compliance: - Work closely with HR team members to align recruitment strategies with overall HR objectives. - Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and professional standards. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role. - Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques. - Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.) - Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
