We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our TA team and assist in recruiting top-tier talent for our AI, UI/UX, and Cloud Product divisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and recruitment, with a strong understanding of the hiring process. Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern Duration: 6 Months Internship followed by a Fulltime Offer Work Location : Remote Please note, we are looking for some one can Join in 15 days. Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for AI, UI/UX, and Cloud Product roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. . Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Assist in the creation and optimization of job postings to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Provide support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus visits to engage with potential candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Human Resources, Business Administration, , or related field. At least 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in the technology sector. Strong interest in AI, UI/UX, and Cloud Product domains, with the ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidate suitability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
