Job Responsibility- Quality Analyst - Insurance
Work with the operations team on data requirements.
Monitor, Evaluate, and analyse the performance of our advisory team from a quality perspective.
Provide insightful analysis, feedback, and recommendations to improve advisory service and experience levels.
Identify process and advisor opportunities to enhance service delivery and exceed customer expectations.
Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure advisory standards are met in line with compliance with established protocols.
Leverage your exceptional listening and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize MS Office, particularly Excel, to compile and present comprehensive reports.
Collate and work on analysing quality data.
Reconciliation of quality input with business finance for calculating incentives etc
Work on various reporting needs (CRM, Dialler, WhatsApp, Quality Operations)
