The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects and existing customers, presenting product and service information, resolving customer complaints, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The Telesales Representative will also be responsible for providing training to customers and. supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service and customer support skills Sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Experience in providing training to customers Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Experience in the technology industry is a plus
