We are looking for a contractor to become our new Lead Development Manager - a critical role in our EMEA Demand Centre team.
In this role, as the chief point-of-call for all things Lead Development, Lead Progression, Demand Funnel Health and Lead Management and Optimisation. You will be the bridge between an efficient Marketing department; and the large, dynamic sales team across EMEA.
You will be responsible for the management of leads during a live campaign, opportunity association, lead rejection analysis and the current and post reporting of campaigns, using a combination of reporting tools to allow monitoring and optimisation of campaign performance. Tasks range from ROI analysis of campaigns that can be used in budgeting decisions, overseeing lead administration which gives valuable insight into the operation side of marketing processes, and optimisation of campaigns and processes for better lead funnel results.
This role requires a sharp attention to detail with the ability to call out actions and make decisions - the results from the leads and campaigns you analyse will be used by both Field Marketing Managers and Sales Representatives to gauge campaign performance and maximise the true potential for a lead.
Strong communication skills are also desirable when working across multiple countries and both internal and external teams - as you will need to liaise and follow up with Account Managers whilst maintaining a healthy working relationship between Sales and Marketing.We'd like you to be:
