Job Description: Technical Project Manager Location: Aurangabad - MH/ Pune - MH Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT domain, exceptional communication skills, expertise in Scrum methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing technical projects. This role requires daily client interaction for project updates and demands flexibility in working hours. The candidate should be an immediate joiner and comfortable working from our office location. Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders and clients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and business analysts to ensure project. objectives are met. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives according to Scrum principles. Act as a liaison between clients and the development team, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and conflicts as they arise to maintain project momentum. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive project excellence. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management within the IT industry. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with experience in managing scrum teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on building and maintaining relationships. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to accommodate client needs and project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Scrum Master certification (CSM). Experience working in an Agile environment with distributed teams. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and practices. Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in a consultancy or client service-oriented environment. Note: This position requires the candidate to be an immediate joiner and work from our office location.
