Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 8+ Years of Salesforce development and Project Implementation experience, with overall experience of 10 + Years Job Location: Mumbai Preference: Immediate Joiner OR at most with 30days notice period Skill Requirements & Responsibility Must have at least 8+ Years of Salesforce development and Project Implementation experience, with overall experience of 10 + Years. Must have handled more than 2 project E2E . Good in managing development projects and having complete knowledge on Project lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall) activities Should take accountability of complete technical delivery of the project, responsible for making Design decisions and Architecture documents, help the team hands on with coding/configuration when required. Well versed with Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities), and Financial Service Cloud recommended. Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design. Triggers, Lightning Aura Component, Lightning Web Component etc. Should have hands on experience on Integration (SOAP/REST/Batch) and knowledge on various integration Design Patterns Should have experience in handling large volume of Data migration. Knowledge about ETL will be added advantage. Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning Community and related data security and licensing models Excellent Communication with Customer and Client. Should have experience in solutioning and consulting. Should have Admin/Dev/Sales Cloud/Experience Cloud/Service Cloud Certifications/ Any Salesforce architect certification (Application or system architect). Knowledge of Change Management, Risk Management and Configuration Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management Capability to handle Escalations, review & Track the project deliverables, perform risk management Capability to Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Capability to Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Capability to Manage changes to the project scope Capability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation PMP/PMCP certification will be an added advantage Willing to work on Resource fulfilment and support in fulfilment Certifications: Salesforce AppBuilder Platform Developer I Platform Developer 2 Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud
