WITHIN YOUR TEAM The IT Architecture Team embodies the interaction between business & IT technical experts, supports the transformation towards a Digital organization and operates on a global basis and frequently interacts with business stakeholders globally on the. one hand and with development resources (internal/external) on the other hand. THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY: The IT Architect acts as a trusted advisor to his team and internal clients. He will guide the team in the Digital IT transformation by having a strong understanding of our platform and people skills to get his ideas and solutions across to stakeholders. WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL Be a key member in Digital transformation projects, where you will contribute to advising and guiding on architectural topics and design, specifying IT resource needs and delivering high level IT estimates Handle different elements of IT architecture, consisting of solution and technical architecture. Advise on and document the architectural decisions Create and maintain architectural diagrams, mapping out the infrastructure components, software components, databases, middleware layers Share the architectural diagrams towards the stakeholders (both business and IT) Guide and inform our application teams on the design and follow up if the build is aligned with the design. Rresearch into the business goals, producing recommended steps and a roadmap for solutions to reach the business goals Collaborate with colleagues to do proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining the solution design Organise user groups and build a network within the company to identify areas wherethe applicationscan support and enhance business processes Identify areas of improvement and define actions plans WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS: A masters degree in computer science (or similar) At least 8 years of experience as an IT architect Experience with Achitecture principles and frameworks You have good knowledge on IT architecture methods and techniques (TOGAF, Archimate, ) Experience in Solution and Technical architecture A proven background in .NET, web portals, backends, software components, APIs, IT services, Integration platforms, databases, infrastructure components Experience with guiding a team of technical experts both onsite and remote Skills to map out business requirements and refine them into functional and non-functional requirements matching the businesss objectives and priorities. Strong communication and influencing skills to establish and maintain effective business relationships Excellent communications and collaboration skills Proficiency in English, both written & spoken Experience with other application stacks in the Esko landscape is a plus (Salesforce - AX/D365 - Power BI) At Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.
