Role Description This. is a contract role for a hybrid Senior ServiceNow Developer role located in Hyderabad, with flexibility to work remotely. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop and deliver application modules on the ServiceNow platform, leverage best practices for documentation, system design, testing and implementation, and work collaboratively with business analysts and other developers to design and deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred 6+ years of hands-on experience as ServiceNow Developer Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, with experience of ServiceNow modules, workflows, web services, scripting, reports, and integrations Experience with Service Portal, Asset Management, Incident Management and ITOM a plus HRSD, GRC Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA is preferred Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and SDLC processes Knowledge of the IT service industry and IT infrastructure management practices Strong analytical capability and experience with problem determination and resolution Effective communication, collaboration, and organization skills ITIL, ServiceNow System Administrator, and Certified Application Developer certifications are preferred Please apply with your updated resume and contact information for us to get in touch with you
