Designation- Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter (Healthcare) Job location- Noida/Jaipur/Goa (onsite) Shift timing- 7:00pm- 4:00am IST Experience- 1-4 years CTC range- open for the relevant candidates + Free pick/drop provided Job details: Healthcare Recruiter Source and Screen resume for the open position of Healthcare role assigned by TL/Manager Understand job profile and schedule interview with client, accordingly, need to recruit for Registered Nurse, Licensed Practitioner Nurse, Medical Assistant, Physician etc Making calls to the candidates and performing daily task like Screening and scheduling interviews Present the potential candidate profiles with client using tools or via Email- outlook. Scheduling in-person and phone interviews of the candidates with clients Coordinate the offer process making recommendations to hiring managers. Regularly update the internal tools and adhere to the company policies and practices while hiring. Communicate employer information and. benefits during screening process with candidates. Candidate Profile: Articulate, friendly, optimistic and success-driven Highly flexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications. Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites. Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. Candidate should be okay with service agreement. Interview Procedure: 1st pre-screening video Discussion over MS Teams Final Interview- In-person interview at our Noida.
