Job Role: Sr. HR Executive (Night Shift- Onsite)

Job Location: Indore

Job Type: Work from Office

5 Days Working

Shift Timing:-

• For Male Candidate: Any time between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST actual shift would be allotted as per the business requirement.
• For Female Candidates: 8:00 PM to 5:30 (Fixed Shift)

Summary:

We are looking for an efficient HR operation professional as an Sr. HR Executive to join our team who would be responsible for handling the effective operation and execution of the internal HR system. The position is going to directly report to HR manager. The role is mainly responsible for overseeing and consistently maintaining the functionality of HR databases, along with coordination for employee engagement and general administration activities. This role entails the supervision of the proper implementation of high-quality system information by organizing, processing, maintaining, and auditing sensitive HRIS/ESS data and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and HR transformation projects.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administration of attendance and leave data - manual, biometrics, ESS etc. through reconciliation and consolidation.
• Responsible for refining the manual and automated report processing, ensuring data integrity, and keeping employees records up to date.
• Make necessary changes to any relevant employee data base as per requirements of HR audit.
• Managing centralized ESS systems (KEKA HR) and databases (Manual and Automated Reports from Internal Data portals- Compliance Portals and cloud-based systems) through regular maintenance and improvements
• Supervise a team of 4 to 5 who is responsible for HR data reporting.
• Act as POC for handling crucial HR operations, such as data validation for performance reviews/appraisals
• Actively co-ordinate with Internal departments for promoting, developing, and driving employee engagement programs.
• Responsible for drafting and sharing internal mailers - monthly employee newsletters, event invites, change management communications, leadership messages, appreciation emails etc.
• Execution of Human Resource Transformation Projects along with other team members

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelors degree in HRM or its equivalent field, MBA in either HR or any relevant specialization is preferable.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Data Management and Analytics
• Be proactive and demonstrate initiatives.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of employees of the organization.
