Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager to join our Team in Chennai. The Marketing Managers day-to-day tasks involve strategizing and implementing marketing plans, conducting market research to achieve scalable growth, building and maintaining successful partnerships, managing SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and advertising campaigns. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies. Qualifications position: Marketing Manager Experience:5 + years Working days: 6 days a week Responsibility: B2B marketing. Sales leads generation using email marketing, Digital marketing, Tele marketing Technical requirement: through use of CRM for lead management, email marketing using MailChimp or equivalent. Demonstrated Experience in Marketing domain including campaigns , SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and advertising campaigns. Experience in conducting market research and data analysis Excellent. written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills Degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field A result-oriented individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to drive results with minimum supervision. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Ability to adapt to the fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment of a startup Experience working with multiple stakeholders including external vendors and agencies to render business outputs
