Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. Qualifications Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support Proficiency in creating Expense Reports Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to provide Administrative Assistance to the CEO as needed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in Microsoft Office.
