Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy, identifying growth opportunities, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, managing sales operations, and achieving revenue targets. The Senior Business Development Manager will also be. responsible for leading a team of business development executives. Qualifications Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven success in business development, sales, and relationship management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong financial and commercial acumen Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
