Job Description

B. E. / B. Tech Comp Sc. , MCA Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will work alongside our backend team and product managers to build high- quality, innovative and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design. As a Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, defining system functionality and writing code in various languages, like e. g. PHP, Java, C++ programming languages. He or she will be responsible for developing API endpoints, architecting API responses and interfaces, and maintaining support for all web applications, mobile applications (iOS and Android) , and affiliate applications and users that currently utilize our API. Your other responsibilities will include leading and driving projects, creating code specifications, trouble- shooting problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors, performing broader technical design and coaching/ mentoring associates within team.
Key Skills
An experienced backend developer with extensive experience in PHP, SQL and Apache. Some knowledge and experience with SOLR, Redis, Python, shell scripting, and on a variety of platforms, including Unix/ Linux, in physical, virtualized and cloud (Amazon/ AWS) environments Experience with major PHP frameworks (CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Symfony, Zend, Laravel) Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMSs Knowledge in architecting endpoints and designing responses in JSON and XML markup Experience with supporting, debugging and working alongside iOS, Android, and web applications, including affiliate/ third- party users of APIs Be very comfortable with RESTful interfaces (JSON, XML, SOAP) , both for creating outgoing responses and incoming consumption of data from external sources. Proficiency in GitHub/ Gitlab Solid understanding of scripting, programming and testing methodologies. Ability to operate in a team and individually as well as be self- driven with an unwavering commitment to meet deadlines while delivering a high quality product. Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges
