Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for GrowthX Analytics. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with other businesses, identify new opportunities, and secure projects related to our animation and VFX services. You will collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and production leads to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify potential clients and partners within the animation, VFX, and entertainment industry. Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our services. Project Acquisition: Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. Pitch our animation and VFX capabilities to potential clients. Collaborate with creative teams to prepare compelling proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts and project terms. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities. Provide insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making. Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with existing clients. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Upsell additional services and explore cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications: Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales roles within the animation, VFX, or related industry. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with animation production processes, VFX pipelines, and industry best practices. Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in contract negotiation and deal closure. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Location: Mumbai
