Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery & Pastry Chef to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role at our location in Hyderabad, with responsibility for managing the bakery and pastry program at our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new and exciting menu items, managing inventory, maintaining quality control, and providing training and guidance to staff. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in pastry and bakery operations, with demonstrated leadership experience Certification from a culinary institution or equivalent experience Extensive knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, including sourdough bread making, traditional European pastry, and cake decorating Proficient in Microsoft Office, recipe management software, and Point of Sale. (POS) software Excellent organizational and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to be creative and develop new recipes, as well as maintain established recipes and standards Ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, and communicate effectively with management and other departments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and excellence If you meet the above qualifications, have a passion for baking and pastry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
