Job Description

  1. Sales Planning and Strategy:

  6. Negotiation and Closing Deals:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
    • Close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  7. Collaboration with Other Departments:

    • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Continuous Learning:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and sales techniques.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.
  9. Pipeline Management:

    • Manage and update the sales pipeline, keeping it organized and prioritized.
    • Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to streamline the sales process.
  10. Adherence to Sales Policies and Procedures:

    • Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
